At Vertex Professional Services (VPS), we are honoured to announce that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant. This demonstrates our unwavering commitment to supporting the brave men and women of the UK Armed Forces, veterans, reservists, and their families.\"\"<\/p>\n

A Commitment to Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise between the nation, the government, and the Armed Forces community. It acknowledges the unique contribution that service personnel make and ensures they are not disadvantaged because of their service.
\nVPS’s Pledge to the Armed Forces Community<\/p>\n

We at VPS recognize the immense value that members of the Armed Forces community bring to our organization, our community, and the entire nation. We are committed to upholding the principles of the Covenant by:<\/p>\n

Promoting the Armed Forces: We will actively participate in events like Armed Forces Day and support service organizations and charities.<\/p>\n

Employment Support: We offer paid leave for reservists to fulfill their duties, work placements for veterans seeking employment, and flexible work arrangements for spouses of service personnel.<\/p>\n

Communication and Outreach: We provide training to our staff on the Armed Forces community and promote the Covenant through various channels.<\/p>\n

Commercial Support: We ensure our services are accessible to the Armed Forces community and consider factors like service-related mobility.<\/p>\n

Education and Civic Responsibilities: We promote educational opportunities for service leavers and their families, and we participate in remembrance activities.<\/p>\n

At VPS, we believe in giving back to the community. By supporting the Armed Forces community we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those who have served our country.<\/p>\n
