Every year, VPS supports our clients in entering internationally recognized awards programmes, and we’re proud to enter some for VPS too to recognize our teams. Awards are more than trophies. As we begin planning our award entries for 2026, we thought it was worth looking back at 2025 , a year of meaningful recognition for both VPS and our clients.

A Strong Start: Client Success in the Grad Ireland Awards

Our first award success of 2025 came through one of our clients , a leading Irish financial institution , who achieved Bronze in the Grad Ireland Awards for their graduate training programme. VPS-developed learning content formed part of the award-winning training experience.

This win reflected what we value most: long-term partnerships where learning supports real outcomes for both people and organisations.

VPS Wins Bronze in the Stevie® International Business Awards

Next VPS earned recognition in our own right, receiving Bronze in the Stevie® International Business Awards for our thought leadership campaign.

This award recognised the value and reach of our:

  • VPS L&D Virtual Forums, bringing together L&D leaders to share insight and practice
  • VPS L&D Priorities Report, capturing the trends shaping our industry and the priorities of learning teams

Together, these initiatives helped strengthen our community, elevate strategic learning conversations, and position VPS as an organisation driving insight-led improvement in L&D.

Award-Winning Systems Training: Digital Lending Platform Training Update

A financial services client won an award for an updated VPS-developed systems training programme supporting the expansion of its cloud-based digital lending platform.

The update rolled out from January 2024 to Q2 2025 and included new role-specific learning, blended delivery, hands-on sandbox practice, and a library of bite-sized support resources.

VPS Financial Services Team: Silver Learning Team of the Year (Globee Awards)

Our specialist VPS team supporting financial services clients was recognised with Silver: Learning Team of the Year 2025 in the Globee® Business Awards.

This award celebrates not only the quality of our delivery, but also the depth of our collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes across complex transformation programmes.

Automotive Client Wins: Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards

VPS supported automotive clients in achieving outstanding recognition at the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards, winning three Silver awards in 2025:
