The role of learning services organizations (LSOs), like VPS, has changed significantly with the development of self-authoring tools, artificial intelligence (AI) and the changing nature of work itself. Or has it? Using publicly available and proprietary market survey data, we’ll share a structured framework for evaluation and decision-making.

During this talk, your speakers from VPS, Bob Szostak, director of customer solutions, and Steve Thompson, director of business development, will share insights and practices gathered from 40+ years of working with hundreds of clients across more than a dozen different industries globally. Technology and environments may change, but our need for learning and the business’s case for performance will always endure. There is a role and value for LSOs in many solutions today — discover your best use case in this engaging session.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

A framework for evaluating your organizations place on the “Tasking to Partnering Framework” continuum.
An understanding of where LSOs can add value within that continuum and how to evaluate your best position.
Specific evaluation strategies linked to survey results.
