Andy Lancaster is a leading authority in workplace learning and development with over 30 years of experience shaping impactful learning strategies. As the former Head of Learning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Andy has influenced global L&D practices, helping organizations align learning to business performance. He is the author of Driving Performance Through Learning, an award-winning book that merges theory with actionable frameworks. Andy will be providing an introduction to our event as well as participating in our panel discussions.

Jennifer McClure

Jennifer McClure is a dynamic professional speaker, strategist, and leader devoted to empowering organizations and People Leaders to excel in the ever-changing world of work. A former Human Resources Executive, Executive Search Consultant, and high-impact leadership coach, she transitioned into full-time speaking and training in 2010, driven by a belief in unlocking the potential within individuals and teams. In 2013, she went on to found DisruptHR—a global movement fostering progressive dialogue on talent, culture, and workplace technology. With international experience across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, Jennifer has inspired audiences at major organizations including Procter & Gamble, General Electric, IBM, SAP, Bloomberg, Charles Schwab, LinkedIn, SHRM, and the Association for Talent Development.
